A certain lot or traàt of Land lying at Bona'ven»

ture, beginning at the fouth extremity of the pub-
lic road, which leads from the harbour of Bona'V
tnturCf to the fettlement on the North bank,
thence runnîng nearly North-eaft to the extrême
point of the faid bank, and bounded by the courfe
of the harbour, thence ftill bounded -by the courfe
of the faid harbour, nearly North-oueft, two hun-
dred and fixty-four feet, thence South-weft par-
alel to the firft courfe to the public road, thence
South-Eaft two hundred and fixty-four feet to the
firft ftationj Alfo a lot of land and fpace of ground
whereon was buiît a ftorehoufe, fituate four hun-
dred and forty-four feet from the North-Ea/l point
of the faid bank, and Eaft of the public road,
vrhich with an allowance of fifteen feet on each
fide and behind the fpace whereon the faid ftorc
flood, containing five thonfand and thirty-five
fquare links. Alfo the lots of Land and fpace of
ground whereon were built two other ftorehoufes
